Macworld names MacAce.net ‘Best ISP’

June 23, 2017

MacAce.net, a Bodmin, Cornwall-based ISP which offers broadband solely for Apple Mac users, was named “Best Mac-Friendly ISP” at the 2017 MacWorld Awards.

Winning the award is a reflection of the high regard in which MacAce.net is held by its customers, as the award is based on customer nominations and visitors to its website.

MacAce triumphed in the category despite competition from industry heavyweights such O2, Sky Broadband, Virgin Media, TalkTalk and Zen.

Gary Hall, CEO of MacAce.net said, “I’m delighted that our hard work in the quality of our customer experience in areas such as technical support, speed and reliability has been rewarded with such prestigious recognition”.

MacAce, which has its own datacenter in Bodmin, has a nationwide ADSL2+ 24Mbps network, and uses BT’s 21CN infrastructure.

Its core network is in Telehouse London and there are major points of presence in Manchester, Bristol and Cornwall.
